We follow a step-and-ladder approach: the least invasive care that relieves your pain first, escalating only when needed. Depending on your diagnosis, that can include physical therapy coordination, joint injections, epidural steroid injections, radiofrequency ablation, and minimally invasive spine procedures — with open surgery as a last resort, not a first offer.
